It was a pleasant experience working with you, Dave, as well as Janet and Kelly in the front office to coordinate and schedule the painting of our home. Also, Michelle was helpful in providing advice in choosing the perfect color for the walls, ceilings and borders.
The team members (Rich the foreman, Charlie, CJ, and Chris [first two days]) who painted our home were outstanding and the consummate professionals. They were competent, courteous, and congenial. Each day they were ready to paint at 7:00 am. After exchanging some morning pleasantries, they were all business. The team was extremely thorough, meticulous, and precise during all phases of the job— the prep, the moving of furniture, the sanding, the two coats of paint, the tear down, the repositioning of the furniture, and the cleanup. Each member possessed a high level of attention to detail and efficiency. As they progressed with the painting, they were always friendly while keeping us informed on their progress and on any painting issues/recommendations. Rich and his team were very accommodating to any and all of our requests. While completing the job and prior to leaving for the day, they did ensure that the rooms were clean and orderly. Also, at the conclusion of the work day, Rich took the time to provide an accurate, brief, and clear accounting on what had been done and what we could expect the following day. While painting they were always respectful of us and our home— they treated our home as if it was their own home. They are a credit to Star Painting.
